After a career in business in Melbourne and Perth Australia, Ian returned to London where he was trained as a Therapist and then Coach. He went on to develop a successful private practice in London’s Harley Street. Over the past ten years he has been involved in one-to-one client work and small & large scale coaching programmes. In 2005 Ian accepted the challenge of developing the Association for Coaching in South East Asia. In 2006 he undertook the task of creating high-performance team building programmes in South Africa and Nigeria. 2007 he delivered a communications and cross-cultural group training and coaching programme for a global wealth management bank in London, Zurich, Tokyo and Singapore.
His experience has been gained in the delivery of one-to-one, change-management and cross-cultural programmes to major blue-chip organisations in London, Zurich, Singapore, Tokyo, Thailand, Nigeria and South Africa
