Objective
To support the changes that were going to be needed to be implemented and the extra pressure that was going to put on their people, NHFT wanted to be able to provide coaching to support those leading change
Method
Provision of a foundation level coaching programme combining group learning, action learning sets, peer coaching and external coaching leading to assessment and graduation. The experience and capability of the group varied so the programme was shaped to be able to support and challenge all.
