Objective
To be able to quickly take strategic information and be able to translate it into meaningful and engaging narrative for their particular division
Method
In preparation for a major announcement, the top 150 leaders went through an experiential day looking at change and communication and ended with them each presenting to camera a compelling narrative to their teams
Outcome
- Greater skills around creating a compelling narrative
- Greater understanding of understanding their authentic self
- More confidence in their ability to have impact
- Delivered a very new and different message re the National Trust Strategic direction
