Objective

To be able to quickly take strategic information and be able to translate it into meaningful and engaging narrative for their particular division

Method

In preparation for a major announcement, the top 150 leaders went through an experiential day looking at change and communication and ended with them each presenting to camera a compelling narrative to their teams

Outcome

  • Greater skills around creating a compelling narrative
  • Greater understanding of understanding their authentic self
  • More confidence in their ability to have impact
  • Delivered a very new and different message re the National Trust Strategic direction
