Objective

To provide a programme that related to the challenges the leaders in Vauxhall were facing to enable them to deliver in very competitive times.  It was also important that it mapped to the GM Global talent programme.

Method

Inspire - Combination of 360, 8 modules, Action Learning sets and Coaching covering a range of topics, which were identified as core.

Aspire – Feeder programme of 5 modules and Action Learning sets for the high potentials

Outcomes

This programme is ongoing but to date

  • 360 pre and post results showed an improvement in all elements
  • Employee survey also registered improvements in the key areas
  • Breaking down of Silos lead to better conversations across the group, enabling better working practices and conversations.
  • 4th in 100 best companies to work for.
